About Us

We are proud to be founded by the pioneers of the customer service and call centre industry that now thrives in South Africa. Daniel Halfpenny, Rob Muschamp and CEO, Mark Thomason previously built a business which quickly grew in number to more than 10,000 employees.

Following their exit from that organisation, the founders wanted to use their wealth of experience and know-how to start a company that is now on a mission to be the best out-sourced customer service centre in the world.

Bespoke International Group welcomed its first client in May 2019 and has quickly become one of South Africa’s fastest growing international contact centres. Considerable investment has been made in the management and call centre teams, allowing South African’s employment and promotion opportunities that weren’t previously available to them.

We operate with a family ethos and our teams are motivated and incentivised to give the best possible service for our clients.

Our Centre

With a capacity to service over 2000 Agents, the Bespoke International Group fully understands the importance of infrastructure to ensure service excellence. The business has a Tier 1 Telecommunication and IT Infrastructure that has been designed to ensure clients are provided with rigorous Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
