Since the inception of the business in 2019, we are incredibly proud of the journey we have been on. It’s fair to say that a there have been some major events that have impacted the global economy, but through it all, we have achieved continuous growth and set the foundations for many more years of success.

The company ethos #Bethedifference has always defined our commitment to delivering customer services with uniquely high standards, and out anniversary provided the perfect opportunity to celebrate everyone at Bespoke who has helped make us into the business we are today. 

With an eye on the next 4 years, the business has recently bolstered its senior team but aside from our more recent recruits, there are many people, from floor to board, who have been integral to the ongoing success of the business.

On the 2nd of June, we had a cake cutting celebration outside our main offices in Durban – the heart of our customer services outsourcing and bpo operation.

This was a great opportunity for our operational teams to take a short and well deserved break and to share in the celebrations.
 
Then, on the 9th of June, we held a celebratory party for all the team party at Remo’s Restaurant in Durban.
As part of our staff recognition ‘Outstanding Performer’ trophies were awarded to staff who were officially recognised as outstanding performers 3 times or more in the past year.
