Held at the stunning One George Street venue in Westminster, the event proved to be a great opportunity for the Bespoke Team to build new connections and discuss the trends and developments that will impact the Customer Experience and BPO landscape in 2022.
One key theme that stood out for us, is that with so much turbulence in the global economy, a customer centric approach is vital for brands that have ambitions to thrive and grow over the coming years. The implications of ignoring this reality, will increasingly limit the ability for businesses to meet their growth targets.
Cost pressures are also having an increasingly pronounced impact on UK CX operations and this could deepen if there is a softening within the wider economy. Offshore outsourcing can limit the negative impact of this.
