Further to this, we have all the necessary logical and physical controls to mitigate any form of data vulnerability risk.

• All client data is held onshore in their own jurisdictions and is accessed/processed remotely via terminal services. Some clients prefer that we access their services via cloud-based application suites and manage their own end-to-end security.
• Access to clients’ data/sites is managed via IPSEC VPN Tunnels, with the latest encryption standards, whilst some clients require site-to-site connectivity via dedicated MPLS links.
• Each client operates in exclusive / tenant-partitioned facilities. Entry is controlled by Bio Metric access control readers. Given ‘no-touch’ limitations driven by safety protocols due to the C-19 pandemic, we have updated our controls to Facial Recognition access points.
• Our production sites are paper-free, with a zero mobile/ bag policy. Our compliance department exercises strict controls to ensure that these prohibitions are maintained always.
• We have CCTV surveillance and manned security personnel at all entry and exit points.
• Our logical controls are equally stringent, as we adopt the highest form of hardening standards to ensure that all endpoints are secured.  Users’ access control policies are based on least-privileged levels of authority /access.

Our network traffic is secure, where we use specific protocols to encrypt sensitive data. (HTTPS / SSL / TLS, etc).  Data at rest sits in secure folders (SFTP) which are encrypted and or secure by our secure Microsoft storage platforms/stacks.

We have deployed FortiClient “dial-up” VPN with Forti Token 2 factor authentication. We have also deployed various site-to-site IPSec VPN tunnels to client networks. Remote access to SFTP sites is further secured by Whitelisting of IP addresses of remote parties
