A current theme is that of remote working – an embedded reality of modern U.K working practice. Remote working has created a number of challenges in terms of engaging, energising and motivating a cohesive CX team.

An effective and productive team could be defined by shared objectives and a togetherness that enables the team to pull together to deliver outstanding service for the end customer. Brand consistency and tone can often be diluted through remote working.

Whilst ‘advisor needs’ can be well managed in many workplace scenarios, it can be difficult to achieve in a CX environment. Our purpose-built centre in Durban allows teams in an operational environment to have on-hand management support and fast escalation processes. We believe this gives us a leading value proposition that can be harder to achieve within UK in-house set-ups.
