We’re delighted to announce that Ralph Naicker has been promoted to the position of M.D within Bespoke International.

Based in Durban, S.A. Ralph has developed an outstanding career in the customer services sector, joining Bespoke as a call centre operative in 2019.

In a short period of time, Ralph has progressed through our ranks to the position of M.D. During his time at Bespoke, Ralph has developed both personally and achieved great commercial success.

In this interview, Ralph talks about the people culture that has allowed both he and the business to thrive. He also expresses the ongoing objective of exceeding expectations and performance levels that Bespoke benchmark through KPI’s.

The past 2 years have been a challenging time across the industry and Ralph explains how this has been the greatest challenge in terms of operational performance and staff safety. Despite this, Ralph has been able to achieve his personal goals and has great ambitions in the future.

Having progressed to M.D, we are all delighted by Ralph’s rapid progression and have great faith in his stewardship at the SA Headquarters.
