We were delighted to bring Mark Ryan on board as Chairman of Bespoke International Group earlier this year. Mark has a proven track record in business and brings valuable experience, connections, and insight to the Bespoke International Group operation.

So, where did Mark start out?

His career started with Caudwell Group, which, at the time were trailblazers in the burgeoning mobile phone sector.

Building his reputation as a formidable leader, Mark climbed the ranks to become CEO of the Caudwell Group (2020 Mobile). This in itself could be seen as a loft achievement, however, even more impressively, Mark built and created one of the fastest-growing, privately-owned Telecom’s businesses in UK/European corporate history.

At the time he took over, 2020 Mobile was a loss-making UK mobile phone distributor and under Mark’s stewardship, it became the world’s most profitable value-add logistics and FM provider in the Telecoms arena, growing revenues from £60M to in excess of £1.3Bn via organic global growth. Mark sold the Group to private equity in 2006 for £1.5Bn cash with no warranties.

Following his exit from the Caudwell Group, Mark had a successful Portfolio & Investment career,

Mark’s experience and gravitas brings an extra special dynamic to the board of Bespoke International Group. His firm grasp of the BPO and CX outsourcing sector developed through hands-on experience of setting up outsourced operations and seeing the real operational benefits that outsourcing to South Africa can bring.
