With around 2 weeks to go until we start setting up for the Future of Utilities Summit, we are delighted to announce that some of our Bespoke International Group board directors will be attending the event
To be held over 2 days in London,  21st-22nd November at the Business Design Centre, our senior team will be on hand to help with any questions you may have regarding BPO or CX outsourcing to South Africa.
So, who will be attending?
Mark Thomason – Group CEO
One of the founders of the international call centre and outsourcing industry in South Africa, Mark has a wealth of experience and specific knowledge of the industry. He has dedicated the last 10+ years to building up a sustainable and thriving BPO industry in Durban and has been instrumental in the incredible growth that Bespoke International Group has experienced, building the business from a standing start to over 800 employees within the first 2 years of operation. The headcount at Bespoke is now in excess of 1000, and the industry which he co-founded employs well over 200,000 people in South Africa.
Having onboarded some of the UK’s leading energy brands already, Mark will be on-hand to discuss the specific challenges and opportunities within the Energy and Utilities sector.

Dan Halfpenny – Group CFO
A qualified chartered management accountant, Dan has been a driving force within Bespoke International Group, overseeing the impressive financial growth and ensuring the financial strength and stability within the business. Dan, like Mark, knows the Energy and Utilities sector in intimate detail and is able to offer valuable insights about operating and outsourcing within the sector.

Richard Dawson – Business Development Manager 
Richard will also be attending the summit. He has built up extensive industry experience across a range of sectors and is adept at building lasting client relationships.  Having joined the business earlier this year, he has quickly developed his knowledge around the sector and is available to answer questions about benchmarking the Bespoke BPO proposition against in-house or other outsourced CX functions.
